The Kuhlmann Electro-Heat IBC Thermal Bubble Wrap Cover 1000L is designed to insulate standard Intermediate Bulk Containers and help maintain the temperature of their contents.

 

Its multi-layer construction combines metallic aluminium on the inner and outer surfaces with a bubble-wrap insulation interlayer. The air space created by the bubble layer helps reduce heat transfer between the surrounding environment and the IBC container.

 

The reflective metallic outer surface is designed to deflect direct sunlight, radiation and heat, helping reduce the thermal load on the container when it is transported or temporarily positioned outdoors.

 

This makes the cover particularly useful where temperature-sensitive products require additional protection from strong solar radiation or where the objective is to help maintain the existing temperature of the contents.

 

The product is a passive thermal insulation cover. It contains no electrical heating elements and does not generate heat. Its function is based on reflecting radiation and reducing heat transfer through its multi-layer construction.

 

The insulation cover features a one-piece construction and is easily installed by pulling it down over the IBC. A Velcro opening at the top provides convenient access to the container’s upper lid without removing the complete cover.

 

Model 15-1736 is designed for standard 1000 L IBC containers and measures 4400 x 1000 mm.
