IBC Deluxe Insulation Cover 1000L

 

 

The Kuhlmann Electro-Heat IBC Deluxe Insulation Cover 1000L is designed to insulate IBC containers and help maintain a more stable product temperature during storage, handling and transportation.

 

It is a passive thermal insulation cover with no integrated heating element and requires no electrical power supply. Its purpose is to reduce heat loss to the surroundings and slow down changes in product temperature inside the container.

 

The Deluxe cover is manufactured from durable Cordura fabric with a PTFE/Teflon coating, providing high mechanical durability together with water-repellent properties and increased resistance to chemicals for demanding industrial applications.

 

Unlike a basic body insulation jacket, the Deluxe is a full-size cover with an integrated top section, providing more complete protection and insulation around the IBC.

 

Strategically positioned Velcro access panels make the cover easy to install and remove while providing convenient access to the IBC top filling opening and lower outlet valve without having to remove the entire insulation cover.

 

The cover can be used on its own for passive temperature retention or together with an IBC Container Heater. In a combined system, the heater supplies heat to the product while the Deluxe insulation cover helps reduce heat loss to the surroundings and improve overall thermal efficiency.

 

Where additional heating performance is required, the system can also be combined with a suitable IBC Base Heater to introduce heat through the bottom of the container.

 

The Deluxe cover can also be used as an insulated pallet load cover where temperature-sensitive products require additional thermal protection during storage or transportation.

TIP

For faster and more energy-efficient heating, the Deluxe Insulation Cover can be fitted over a suitable IBC Container Heater. The heater supplies heat to the contents while the Deluxe cover helps reduce heat loss to the surroundings.

Where additional bottom-up heating is required, a suitable IBC Base Heater can also be used.
