IBC Insulation Body Cover 1000L

The Kuhlmann Electro-Heat IBC Insulation Body Cover 1000L is designed to reduce heat loss and help maintain the temperature of products stored in standard Intermediate Bulk Containers.

It is a passive insulation system with no electrical heating elements and requires no power supply. The cover can be used on its own for temperature retention or together with an active IBC heating system to reduce heat loss to the surrounding environment.

The cover is manufactured from quality water-repellent nylon and fitted with four adjustable quick-release buckles for fast and easy installation and removal.

Its design allows it to be used together with an IBC Container Heater. The active heating jacket is fitted and powered first, after which the insulation body cover is installed as an external insulation layer. Reducing heat loss in this way can noticeably improve the heating process.

For additional heating performance, a suitable IBC base heater may be used to introduce heat through the bottom of the container.

A suitable IBC insulation lid can also be added to reduce heat loss through the top of the container and improve the overall thermal performance of the system.
