ProPulse Series
The ProPulse turbine flow sensors are designed for highly accurate measurement of ultra-low flow rates in demanding industrial applications. They provide an ideal solution for dosing, metering, and process control systems where precision and repeatability are critical
.
The ProPulse series features a compact and lightweight design with a PVDF body and an internal turbine rotor equipped with embedded magnets. Flow is detected using a Hall Effect sensor, generating a pulse or analog signal that can be easily integrated with PLCs, dosing pumps, and control systems.
Thanks to its advanced design, the sensor delivers excellent accuracy and repeatability, even at extremely low flow rates (down to approximately 40–50 ml/min), making it ideal for high-precision applications.
Constructed from chemical-resistant materials such as PVDF and PP, and equipped with sapphire bearings, the ProPulse ensures long service life and reliable performance even in aggressive chemical environments.
The series also allows quick and easy flow range adjustment via interchangeable flow jets, without the need for tools, offering maximum flexibility across different applications.
ProPulse turbine flow sensors are widely used in chemical dosing systems, water treatment, industrial skids, and OEM applications where accurate and stable flow measurement is essential.
