The Paddle Wheel Flow Sensors ICON TK are engineered for reliable and accurate flow measurement in demanding industrial environments. Designed for both corrosive and non-corrosive liquids, these sensors deliver long-term performance and excellent measurement stability across a wide range of process applications.

The TK series features a 360° rotating display for easy viewing and clear indication of flow rate and total flow, depending on the model. With available pulse, voltage, RS485, relay, and 4-20mA outputs, the series can be integrated into a wide variety of monitoring and control systems.

Thanks to their low-drag hydrodynamic paddle wheel design, TK flow sensors achieve high accuracy up to ±0.5%, making them one of the most dependable solutions in the industry. Built from chemical-resistant materials such as PVC, PP, PVDF, and 316 stainless steel, they are ideal for harsh process conditions and industrial water treatment systems.

The series is also designed for ease of use, with no programming required, a bright display, and a durable Tefzel® paddle wheel combined with zirconia ceramic rotor bearings for extended service life.

ICON TK paddle wheel flow sensors are suitable for applications such as liquid chemical dosing, filtration systems, water and wastewater monitoring, industrial chemical distribution, and process skid installations.
