ACQUABATCH is a Compact “All in One” pre-assembled chemical-physical depuration plant batch operation up to 4 m3 for industrial waste with or without Chromates [Cr+6].
The Batch Industrial Depuration Plants have the ability to treat waste which contain Cromates Cr(VI), Aluminum, Cyanide, Iron, Phosphate, Nickel, Sulfate, Acid, Zirconium, Titanium etc.
The ACQUABATCH series depuration plants have been design specifically for Galvanizing, Aluminum & Metal Finishing and paint lines and general for all industrial waste water.

The Technology
The Batch Industrial Depuration Plants ACQUABATCH consists of the following main features :
- First Neutralization, pH control. Special treatment for metal like Nikel, Cyanide etc.
- Second Neutralization, final pH control

- Sludge Dehydration – Filter Press
