ACQUACHROMOPURE  is Compact “All in One” pre-assembled chemical-physical depuration plant continue flow up to 20 m3/h for industrial waste without Chromates [Cr+6].  

The depuration unit have the ability to treat waste which contain  Aluminum, Cyanide, Iron, Phosphate, Nickel, Sulfate, Acid, Zirconium, Titanium etc.

The ACQUACHROMOPURE series depuration plants have been design specifically for Aluminum & Metal Finishing and paint lines.

The Technology

The CHROMOTREAT consists of the following main features :

• First Neutralization, pH control.  Special treatment for metal like Nikel, Cyanide etc.
• Second Neutralization, final pH control
• Flocculation
• Final Settlement – Lamella Plate Settler
• Sludge thickener
• Sludge Dehydration – Filter Press
• Final Filtration for COD removal
• Automatic operation – PLC controller
• Minimum Maintenance – Typically 1 man hr/month
