Our Decanters from FRP or Polyethylene are used in water treatment and waste water treatment to separate the water from solids.

ADTEC offer, install static decanters completely realized in FRP, with a resistant internal chemical liner and a mechanic external structure. All our unit supplied complete to operate with proper polyelectrolyte preparation and dosing system.

Standard Decanter

• Decanter Volume from 1 to 65 m³
• Flow Rates from 1 to 18 m3/h
• Working pressure : atmospheric
• Design temperature : – 40/+50°C

Lamella plate Decanter

• Decanter Volume from 4 to 60 m³
• Flow Rates from 3 to 100 m3/h
• Design pressare +20/-10 mbar
• Working pressure : atmospheric
• Design temperature : – 40/+50°C

Characteristics

• External coating: transparent or of any colour (added) with UV-absorber to protect the product against the sun’s ray.
• Gaskets in EPDM, PVC or VITON.
• Thomson system.
• Threaded nozzles in PVC or stainless steel.
• Nozzles from DN 15 to DN 600.
• Internal pipes made in FRP, PVC or stainless steel.
• Ladders and platforms in galvanized steel or stainless steel or made in FRP.
• Anchorage system.
