General Information

ADTEC’s Central Storage Systems  have a very wide range of uses by chemical company, metal, galvanizing, pharmaceutical, cosmetic,food, textiles and inks, the dye industry, the water treatment plants, waste disposal facilities, etc .

The plastic tanks and containers made by Virgin UV stabilized Linear Polyethylene LMDPE (density 0,935) with the rotational system for  higher mechanical and chemical resistance and a much longer life even under extreme working conditions such as very low temperatures (impact test at -35°C) or exposure to sunlight.

The operating temperature range is between -20°C to +60°C (also if, with certain types of polyethylene, it can reach a temperature of -40° C)..

Each Central Storage System is unique and include different equipments for each case such as:

 

  • Metal support frame for mixers and pumps
  • Metal stairs and access ramp
  • Dose pumps
  • PVC curtains for personal protection
  • Warning leakage system
  • Overflow, filling and outlet pipes
  • Minimum – Maximum switches
  • Toxic and aggressive fumes guard system
  • Level gauges etc.

 

ADTEC creates different versions of Total Storage Systems, taking into account : the type of product, its specific weight, its aggressiveness, the temperature at which it is subjected, dimensions height, etc …

Since our company’s activity covers from design and development through the manufacture and assembly of its various metal structures frames (which are painted, galvanized or stainless steel) and plastic tanks, we can ensure the overall quality of our products.
