Verdermix VMS Static Mixer

The Verdermix VMS Static Mixer is specifically designed for the food and pharmaceutical industries, where fully hygienic construction and easy cleaning are essential for inline mixing without moving parts.     It uses helical mixing elements installed inside the pipeline, ensuring efficient and homogeneous mixing without any moving parts. The mixing elements are fully removable, allowing easy and thorough cleaning, making it ideal for processes with strict hygiene requirements and frequent cleaning cycles (CIP).     All wetted parts are electropolished, reducing surface roughness, minimizing residue buildup, and ensuring maximum hygiene. The mixer complies with international standards such as 1935/2004/EC and FDA.     The VMS series complies with 1935/2004/EC and FDA standards and is available with an optional jacketed design (double piping) for heating or cooling applications.
