Quartz Sand for Swimming Pool Filters is a premium filtration medium designed to provide effective mechanical filtration in sand filter systems. Made from natural high-quality silica, this quartz sand delivers excellent filtration performance, capturing suspended particles, dust, organic matter and fine debris that can reduce water clarity and strain your filtration system.
When water flows through a bed of quartz sand, contaminants become trapped between the grains, enabling the filter to produce cleaner, clearer and healthier pool water. This makes it an essential component for maintaining optimal water quality in both residential and commercial swimming pools.

Remember
That the useful lifespan of the sand in your filter is 3-5 years. If you neglect to change the sand, your filter will not be able to remove the finer particles of dirt and your swimming pool can never be completely clean. Have the pool filter opened for inspection at leastevery 2 years to avoid filtration problems.
