Powder to Decrease Alkalinity TAC- MINUS for Swimming Pools is a highly effective granular solution designed to low alkalinity level of pool and spa water. 

 

 

This powder dissolves easily and disperses evenly throughout the water, allowing for precise and controlled adjustment of high alkalinity levels. It is ideal for both routine water chemistry maintenance and corrective treatment after heavy use, chemical addition, or rainfall. Designed for use in residential and commercial pools, spas, hot tubs, and wellness facilities.

Function :

Decreases the alkalinity level in the pool or spa.

The recommended range for alkalinity is 80 to 150 ppm CaCO3. The ideal value is 100-110 ppm CaCO3..
Dosing Rates :

Pool (Regular Dose): After testing in a small amount of water (10 liters).

 

  • Calculate how much TAC- is needed.
  • Add in small quantities the 70% to a clean plastic jug filled with warm water (the warm water will assist dissolution).
  • Attention: Always add chemicals to water, NEVER add water to chemicals.
  • Mix the product until it has completely dissolved.
  • Carefully pour the solution round the pool (do not pour it in one spot).
  • Allow at least 3-4 h before retesting the Alkalinity.
  • If necessary add the rest 30%.
