Maintenance Absorbent Large Cushions

Our Maintenance Absorbent Super Cushions are manufactured from polyester thread that is knitted to enable the sock to stretch as the absorbing material swells.

Suitable for most water, oil and solvent based liquids the increased absorbing capacity of this cushion is due to the mix of highly absorbent cellulose fibre and super absorbent polymer. As the super absorbent makes contact with the spilt liquid it swells in size enabling more liquid to be absorbed.

This mix gives our maintenance super cushion a greater absorbency than standard cushions.

The Maintenance Absorbent Super Cushions are 100% meltblown polypropylene and are hydrophilic and are suitable for most common industrial liquids including oils, coolant, soft chemicals, detergents and solvent based spills.

The maintenance absorbent super cushion are colour coded to the BSIF Standards for easy recognition..

Technical Data

Sorbency: Lower figure test method to BS 7959-1:2004 using water. Higher figure based on high viscosity liquid with no drain.
