A well treat pool, classic disinfection with chlorine type or salt electrolysis type, requires the concentration of free chlorine levels up to 2-4 ppm. Recent research demonstrated an association between this high level of free chlorine and swimmer’s asthma, allergies, eczema and rashes, eye irritation, sore throat, headaches, chlorine odor etc.
