All dryers units aim at the natural separation of water from a pollutant solution avoiding the addition of chemicals and human’s assistance. The system can self carry out all operations of filling, treatment, discharging of the distillate and all controls as to guarantee a perfect and safety operation.
The goal of our ECO DRY plants is the reduction of pollutants obtaining a distillate that can be recycled for a new production process, or discharged respecting environmental laws and disposal only dry solid waste.
Full automatic operation system by PLC and display of main parameters by LCD screen. Standard manufacturing AISI316 – special alloys on demand. Range from 250 to 1000 l/day of evaporated water.

Main Principals
The system shown in figure mainly consists of a horizontal boiling vessel (2) where the product evaporates at a low temperature (approximately 30-40 °C), and a condensation section (5) fit for steam condensation and distillate storage. It works in vacuum at approximately -740 mm Hg.
The Heat Pump circuit is driven by a frigorific compressor (1), which compresses and conveys the hot Freon gas in the outer exchanger covering the boiling vessel and heats to the liquid to be concentrated.
On leaving the exchanger, the gas flows through the sub-cooler (3) and evaporates by the expansion valve (4) in the condensation coil (5) condensing the steam.
The condensed (distillate) flows by the distillate pump (7) to the vacuum lung tank (8) and shall be discharged in the storage tank for overfilling. The residual concentrate collected on the bottom of the vessel (2) can be evacuated manually or automatically once the pre-set concentration.
The Dry Model enables the protraction of the concentration time according to the product to be treated until obtaining a semisolid or even dry concentrate.
