Portable Spill Bund Drive In Tribund is a rapid use, multi purpose secondary containment bunding system that catches oil, fuel, chemicals spills and contaminated water preventing spread of pollutants.

Cost effective and extremely portable, just unroll and use, with no need for additional supports. Unique internal collapsible side supports feature recess for secure placement of absorbent booms to soak up spills.

Manufactured from hydrocarbon, chemical and UV resistant PVC coated fabric that is hard wearing and maintenance free and easily cleaned.

Suitable for short term contact/storage of oil or oil-contaminated water..

• Construction: 900 gsm PVC-coated material, RF welded.
• Tensile strength of material = 4000/3500 N per 50 mm strip (BS3424/6B)
• Tear strength of material = 1000/800 N (BS3424/7B)
• Coating Adhesion = 90 N/50mm (BS3424/9B)
• UV resistance: good

Instructions for use

The following recommendations must be observed to ensure safe use of the Drive In Tribund and to minimise damage:

• The ground must be level, flat and free from sharp protrusions and objects.
• The Tribund is an emergency bund and must not be used for long term storage of liquids
• The vehicle tyre treads must be free from sharp objects.
• Other sharp objects must not be stored in the Tribund.
• Vehicles must drive into and out of the Tribund ends following a line which is square to the bund and which avoids damaging the internal struts.
• The condition of the Tribund must be checked after a vehicle has driven in or out of the bund and at regular intervals while a vehicle is parked in the bund.
• Rainwater must not be allowed to build up inside the Tribund.
• Drain plugs should not be fixed to the Tribund.
• If other pieces of plant or containers are stored in the Tribund care should be taken that the capacity is not exceeded.
